I think Gilly is a bit of a muppet but Mark is too full of himself. Who do you think is the ideal suitor?

The idea behind Mark being Mr. Perfect is that Jessica is supposed to realise that good looks and great prospects aren't always enough. No doubt about it, Gilly IS the man for her.

Plus Mark is way too short. He and Jess make an odd-looking couple. ^o)

Well said. Gilly is the one: he's funny and original whereas Mark is just acting out a formula. Gilly should become a student himself: he had more of a spsrk than the real students in the philosophy seminars. I haven't seen Friday's show yet (recorded it) but Jessica was too hard on Gilly after his cover was blown on Thursday.

I think they aare both really sweet in different ways. She's really lucky. I can see her deciding on Gilly though.
