i really like danny and i hope he does get a storyline soon but i must say
i've always thought that and when danny went 'is it cos i is black' or something like that, neville hesitated to answer. Danny is so caring for hannah he treates her better than jp ever did, but neville doesn't choose to see that. He mocks danny even when danny painted the shop he was like wel anyone can paint. i hope if it does turn out to be a racist storyline then it is done well as it is a sensitive subject and many people suffer from it, but danny sees everything as a joke so maybe we'll get to see a different side to him.

I totally agree with you Fiona-16,Danny is a good character,and treats Hannah very well which is what she needs after the bad times she's had lately.
The writter's should give him a good storeyline like this to show us what he's got to offer,as the actor who plays him is very good to watch

i know i love watching danny as i think he is funny even when he says stuff that arent suppose to be funny such as his bad jokes i have to laugh as they are hilariously bad liek the cabbage one, and in the backstage vid he somes liek a funny guy to which is good so there must be more of danny to see than what we have already, as so far lauren has had more of a storyline than danny and they both arrived together and are related so i think after thw whole charlei and jake storyline finishes should be dannys turn to have a storyline.

Even Zac gets a storeyline with Katie when she's about to leave the show,..and she was BORING!
Danny should have his turn now,or maybe the script writers are setting the scene in advance before the plot start's to kick-off.
So little remarks from Neville about Danny are there way of sowing the seed(so to speak!) before it's starts for real.

i know i was thinking how the hell did they manage to do that, i wasn't to pleased watching that as i am a huge justin burton fan or it may infact be a chris fountain fan. But that just ruined the relationship and it was a bit pointless as she was going to leave anyway.
well if they are sowing the seed then its taking to long in my opinion, as the whole beth and rhys storyline kicked off as soon as he knocked her off her bike. Even though that turned out to be a great storyline there wasnt any build up so i think the danny one should start soon.
infact since danny has arrived what storyline has he actually been in apart from a relationship with hannah i cant think of any tbh can think of things hes done. But there not storyline like blowing the fuse so the whole village was without power.
His storyline is way overdue.

Ther was know point of putting Katie with Zac as she was leaving anyway! ,...i suppose they thought it was a good idea to give his character something to do as he's pointless most of the time anyway! lol
I'm not a JB fan or Chris Foutain one either,but he does seem to get all the plots on the show since he joined the cast a few years ago,....and he always get's the award nomination's for best actor etc when Andy Moss(Rhys) and many others are better actors than him! ;(
I have nothing against him,it would be nice to see other cast members get a look in once in a while
Hiopefully,Danny will be up next for his plot!,..i would rather watch him than his Sisster,...Lauren!

It could be that Neville is not necessarily racist, just like any other dad in that he can't stomach the thought of ANY man with his little girl (and especially given how delicate Hannah is).

I agree neville is going to be over protective about hannah, in his eyes she is still his little girl and he would be exactly the same with any lad white or black, even more now after what hannahs gone through
No from what i recall he was ok with john paul, don't think he was too keen at first but after a few weeks he was fine. It's been like this with danny for more than a few weeks now, months infact as he didnt like danny before the whole beth and rhys storyline. Yes danny does pretend he is able to do jobs which he isn't but that shouldn't be a reason to hate him this much he hasn't hurt hannah and neville never asked john paul to finish with hanah like he has several times with danny. And danny has brought up that neville doesn't liek him as he is black several times and neville hesitates to answer all the time.

hannah wasnt sick when she was with jp so nev and suzanne are prob just more overprotective now, plus the concillor told them and hannah she wasnt to have a boyfriend as it might affect her recovery
yes but suzanne doenst mind danny shes laid back with him, and hannah is recovering really well with danny she nearly had a relapse when they broke up but rhys was there to make sure she didnt throw up.
