Correct me if I'm wrong but is the Ashworth house really the Hunters?
Whatever happened to Tony's student flat? Was that re-used again? Did that get turned into the Dean house?
And the Cunninghams? Was that set ever reused either?

Yes, the Ashworths bought the house from the Hunters and there were overlap scenes featuring both families in scenes together.
For some reason though, the front door seems to have moved away from opening right out onto the street, as it did in the Hunter days, to being located in a driveway or front garden.

Think the house was situated on ground that was to be used for other things, so OB blew the house up with his fireworks!
I like the Cunninghams house, looked such a nice house.
Yeah the Valentines house was once the Davies and Burton/Taylors. Never been a big fan of that house though, though thats cause i dislike places without separation between kitchen and living room(dunno why just a thing)
The student halls have een used by i think every student in the last 3 years or so

The Cunningham house was so lovely. If they still have the set they should re-use it again.
I have to agree with you about not being a fan of the Davies house. I always thought that front door never looked wide enough for people to fit through.

I really do mean the front door - we noticed this when John-Paul came to see Hannah and she had the panic attack.
The old Brookside houses are on a seperate site and have recently all been sold. These were based at Mersey TV's original home elsewhere in Liverpool (MTV moved to Childwall in 1990).
