He dropped Mel's braclet didn't he? it didn't look like a busy road, if it was a casual driver, he would given way to Justin, So Justin probably didn't read too much into it.

I think he must of read the script at some point

Another question if it was warren as everyone is saying how did he know where to find him and how did he beat Justin there?

I know the van is one possibility of beating him there but he must have been almost there when Warren picked up tht phone and read thingson there
