what is your opinion? does Jake deserve all he gets? or did you pity the poor unbalanced guy?

personally i thought it was unfair! it was so sad! hes suffered enough and then that happens! poor Jake...

Oh I dont know! this is such a hard question - his last episode made me cry my eyes out and all I could think was this isn't fair he didn't do it but then you think..hang on a sec... he tried to rape Nancy...I'm so confuzzled lol!!

he was ill!!! you wouldnt blame hannah for the accusations she made to gilly! the two stories were similar Jake was not well mentally, pity is something you should show to him.

i do blame hannah wat she did to gilly! well partly it was actually melissas fault!

i know im gettinf to wound up in it! its not even real!! but i felt sorry for Jake he was forced into it! Darren and Justin took advantage of him when he was vulnerable! and dont get me started on louise and warren!! i hope they both get found out and both get given a cell together! warren is a coward who wont pay for his own mistakes!!! poor Jake hope he gets what he wants and charlie is raised as a Dean!

I think it was a bit unfair. Yes,he did some really bad, unforgiveable things but he was ill,its not like he purposely set out to do them knowing exactly what he was doing. If he's going to be punished it should at least be for what he did do. Felt really bad for him,was a good storyline.

Yeah, it was a good storyline and good acting because you don't know whether to sympathise with Jake or not. And nothing is really that clear cut in real life anyway is it?

No he didnt deserve it, he has a severe mental illness people do bad things sometimes, I guess its not exactly forgivable but it's understandable. Poor guy.

He definitely deserved it. I hope he rots in there.

Thing is his son's going to grow up thinking his dad was a murderer and Jake's going to be shamed for the rest of his life. No one deserves that, not even Jake.

i agree with belated! jake has a fate that is worse then death! he loves charlie more than life itself! if charlie grew up to hate him, it would fully destroy what little is left of him. poor Jake

I think Charlie would be more upset to find out Jake tried to kill him and tried to rape Nancy, than to find out that he's (big suprise) in prison for murder.

I don't think he deserved to be branded a murderer. He is mentally ill at the end of the day. Anyway why should Warren get away with everything scot free? He is the murderer but buys his way out of everything.

I was going to post something similar. It seems that the people being punished for this crime are Jake and Justin. Who never did the crime in the first place. What a great message to send out.

Unfair. Nobody should receive imprisonment for something they didn't do.

The situation i think in a way was unfair. But do you know who i really feel sorry for? Justin. Jake only said he'd killed Warren so Justin would walk away from Charlie, and keep out of his life, which really is not fair on both Charlie and Justin.
