They met when Becca was completing her final year as a student at HCC. Becca went to hand an essay in and Louise was complaining about students (think she'd had a run in with Lisa) anyway they became friends after realising they had a mutual dislike for Lisa Hunter. So that is how Louise knows Becca from work. Louise was working Becca was a student.
