I think its hilarious that people think FK will be better for JP than Craig.......argghhh what planet are they living on, he's a priest for god sake, its only going to end in tears exactly as it did with Craig and more fool JP for getting himself in another heart breaking situation.

He is Kierons dirty little secret as he was Craigs the difference is that Craig was a confused teenage boy Kieron is a grown adult in a position of trust and should no better.

Completely agree with you Bekz! Kieron is going around pretending to be all 'holier-than-thou' which makes his randiness towards JP (who's a teenager living at home with his mum for goodness sake!) all the more creepy and sickening.

How that makes Kieron right for JP is beyond me!!!!

He's not even sexy-evil - just throw-up-creepy.

JP was made to look very boy-ish in the clip, standing there with Kris - maybe ho is going down the route of JP getting taken advantage of and manipulated.

Of course, once the affair is revealed and Myra disowns JP, we know there's only one place left for JP to go - DUBLIN!!!!!! He's already got the open invitation from the Christmas text, so off he'll go - he's got to!!!

Heard this idea over the weekend, and it makes perfect sense to me!!! And Sarah gets to start it all off by revealing to JP that she tried to get back with Craig twice, so JP realises that Craig really did love him utterly and completely after all!!!!!! I'm now putting his airport behaviour down to JP's insecurities over his and Craig's relationship, fears which will be proven completely unfounded as we all know - you only have to look in Craigy's lovely eyes to see that. JP was just overcome by insecurities, so I'll forgive him that airport misjudgement.

Thanks to Kitt and Tracey for all this - my faith has been completely restored.

And even if JP is acting oddly -am going to stick with it!! I think that the SE is supposed to catch us unawares, just like the Christmas text did.

I think they're trying to tap into the whole controversy about gay priests, but are missing a salient fact- a priest that breaks his vow of chastity has broken his vows should be booted, regardless of sexual preference.

I don't think they're handling the storyline well at all.

Totally unbelievable? Try utterly stretching the boundaries of believability, laughable and just a way of trying to bring in more viewers by being sensational and taboo. People who are intrigued by it now are only wanting to see JP getting it on with another man. They're not bothered about character or plot. They are really dealing with this storyline in the wrong way. One minute Priesty is all noble and saying that he's got his vows. The next he's kissing a teenager he hardly knows and doesn't really seem that interest in.

And sleazy? Definitely. Just seems to reek of priests and little boys (though I know JP is well above the age of consent). Actually is he? I know gay sex has a different age limit on it rather than heterosexual sex. Anyway... I digress. Haven't watched HO properly in ages and don't think I will again soon. Not just because of McPriest. Just because I'm getting quite bored and fed up of the show (see my other thread entitled 'Anybody think' or something along those lines).
