Does anyone know if Ste and his friend that I can't remember the name of are going to be proper characters, or are they just going to sink back into the background again in a few weeks?

I don't know what it would be like to have Ste as a regular charachter, he only says one word lines. I don't think Amy and Ste will last much longer. They're not exactly loves young dream are they?
