JP and craig werent sole mates craig didnt like JP as much as JP liked craig cuz craig said exactly the same stuff to sarah as he did to JP for example the whole 'it will always be me and you' and why u ask someone to marry you if you were in love with someone else!

McPriest, all the way. I think they are both great characters, and work really well together. I think Craig isn't JP's soulmate, since he wouldn't be talking about FK like he does if he thought Craig should have been with him.

I loved, loved, loved, the John Paul/Craig story, but I have to say that I love Kieron more. Craig was all over the place. I think the main reason he hooked up with John Paul was because he was afraid of losing him. He loved him, but he wasn't willing to risk anything on that love. He never gave their relationship a chance. Kieron, on the other hand, knows exactly what he wants. He loves John Paul enough to risk the church, peoples respect, and everything that he has worked for.
As for the soul mates thing, I believe that people can have more than one soul mate, and it doesn't have to be a lover. The way I see it is that soul mates are the people that come in and out of our lives to help us through something important (such as friends and lovers) or even for something as simple as witnessing our lives (such as family members). John Paul and Craig could very well be soul mates but that doesn't mean that they should end up together. And just because John Paul loved Craig doesn't mean that he doesn't love Kieron just as much, if not more.

McDean - I think that its been made pretty clear all along that Craig is JPs soulmate, even now with the Mcpriest storyline going on, the writers still manage to throw Craigy mentions in there

when Justin goes to see Jake - he says its Craig to get in. did we need that scene.. he could have said anyone, why that scene


when max and steph where talking they pull away to the wood which Craig had written on and a clear as day you see what he carved twice no reason for the shot to be so far off and so focussed on a peice of wood could have been from any where

then theres still the references from Sarah

and then theres the whole text and discussion with hannah and then the whole JP and Mercy all thinking its another craig

and the photos

and Frankie saying Craig is Gay..

the point was some of the comments where appropriate and some well just dont need to bring up a charater that has left so often that his nearly there every day..

if where meant to think JP and Keiron why keep mentioning Craig

Naturally the Deans are going to talk about Craig. I mean, he's still a member of the family.
And as for people saying stuff to John Paul, you have to admit it was kind of a shock for everyone, and it was a screwball of a situation.
The carved post I thought was kind of a symbol. You know, it being worn. Sometimes love doesn't last forever or things just don't work out. It was like Craig and Sarah's relationship was reflecting on Steph's.

thats my point many character leave and then thats it..soaps usually move on references die down here there increasing

yes he was a intergral part of the deans and the soap and in a way its like Craig is still there.

and re the post why would they have not last forever

i think will only ever know whose better when we see what happens to keiron over the next few month and how he acts when it isnt a secret any more ie when myra and the community find out

and when Craig comes back and has been on a learning curve the one that started after the reveal
