I agree its not as good as 2007 SOFAR but all the soaps have quiet periods. I think the highlights in 2008 was the dog siege and the charlie storyline which made me realise there are some fine actors on hollyoaks eg jess fox, helen pearson, kevin sacre. I'm looking forward to seeing the return of "cindy", the mcqueens finding out about Niall and the conclusion to sean's murder so its all good ahead
