The prison would be overcrowded if all the following charges were made:

Clare - Attempted murder, selling poisonous vodka, blackmailing Max (in to handing over the Loft), withholding information (after she used Sean’s credit card), kidnapping Tom

Warren- Kidnapping and murdering Sean after previously paying someone to assault him, paying people to cause damage to local businesses (Drive ‘n’ Buy, The Loft, The Dog)

Calvin- Assaulting Jake and Warren

Justin- Lying to the police (re: Becca), Stealing and Vandalising Frankie’s Car, Assaulting Kris, Withholding information and aiding and abetting (re: Sean’s murder)

Sonny- Assaulting the guy Warren asked him to throw out of the club, Stealing and Vandalising Frankie’s Car

Will- Stealing from Zoe (on more than one occasion), drugging Zoe, filming from a web cam hidden in Zoe’s room, illegally accessing the hospital’s computer (to make Kris HIV positive), creating escort girl adverts for Zoe with her mobile no on them

Sean- Assaulting Louise (obviously he can’t be charged because he’s dead)

Even Carmel could have charges placed against her for stealing a large amount of money from Jacqui or Jake for driving while banned (even though he meant no harm.)

It seems Jacqui was harshly treated by getting sent to prison for shop lifting.

5; Taking Justin under his wing

7;Being nice enough to give Louise 49% of Evissa to her-- If not what would she be doing?
8; He's gorgeous
9; Wouldn't you love to ruffle his hair?
10; He killed Sean

Police are useless in every soap, even if they exist.

Jake = kidnapping as well

Justin's list goes further. Including escaping from prison whilst in custody, using what was then a Class B Drug, buying a weapon with intent to use, theft, threatening behavoiur, assualting his mother and Darlene, vandelism

Sonny's includes dealing in stolen goods.

Jake includes assault and kidnap, as well as dangerous driving.

Darren's includes credit card fraud twice and gaining money by deception.

Tony can be done for assualting Davey and kidnap of Rob Hawthorn.

well to be honest, half of those things the cops dont know about, they dont know warren murdered sean, they havent even found a body! (yet), clare didnt seem like she knew about the credit card of seans in the first place, she wanted people to think smeone else did it, Sonny, they dont know sonny did anything. its full of secrets in Hollyoaks

It was months ago but Calvin should've been punished for wrongful arrest, when he arrested Max one time which was set up by evil Clare
