Hii!! Sorry bout the boring topic but do any of you know how long before it's aired, hollyoaks is filmed? It's just coz i wanted to know when the ste cutting off amy's hair story line will be! Thanks =) x

I think its like 1 and half/2 months in advance...not 100% though

i think its more than that, id even say when they make the backstage videos they dont actually put them up until nearer the time of the piticular persons storyline...i was think more five or six months ahead....could be wrong though.

Yep, as far as I know it's filmed roughly six weeks in advance, although the scenes are not necessarily filmed in chronological order - so it's not an exact science!

they double up before christmas tho

It depends really as the ep's are not filmed in sequence, but its usually 6 weeks in advance, but when ob left hollyoaks at the end of jan his exit was shown at the end of feb that was only 4 weeks later

and also in Ashley taylor dawson's (darren) BSV hes in the 'green room' and he says something like these are all my friends and he meets kieron in there for the first time and kierons waering his running gear stuff whitch was only shown a few weeks ago...but Darren is wearing Elliots geeky cloths witch was shown near new years....

so kieron was like filming 4 months ahead of darren...!

Right, you know what we could do. At the soap awards james sutton said that the end to his and Fk's relashionship would come to an eplosive end....well, when it does come to an end, we can figure out how far ahead they are! count from around the time of the soap award to whenever FK suppsoedly dies and you'd get a fair idea of how far ahead they are....
