in the news of the world this morning, it had an article with pictures on Roxanne, apparently shes a size zero! i couldnt believe it, and shes not ashamed either, whenever i think of a woman that is a size zero i think of a really skinny, ill looking, gaunt person but she looks amazing, i just reckon shes got one of those high or low matabolism thingys.

I think she's a lot thinner than when she first came into it, when you see her next to any of the others she does look small. Jacqui's quite tiny too. Some people can be size zero and not look gaunt, Eva Longoria's a double zero apparently and she looks healthy, she's probably about 5 foot tall though.

Alot of the girls are really tiny. Jacqui is really skinny.

and TV puts on 10lbs! Jen Metcalfe says she always gets people saying to her she's much smaller in "real life" than they thought.

Didn't think Roxanne was a size zero, she doesn't look it. Even though she's always been slim, she has always had the full kind of plumpness to her body, if anyone gets what I mean? I think she looks great and has a lovely shaped figure, no matter what her weight/dress size is.

Roxanne is absolutely stunning, but I think she looked better a year or two ago, when she was a bit more curvy. I think she looks a bit too gaunt these days.

A size zero is a UK size 4

But your saying that they are all skinny - i was reading an interview with Gemma Bissix (Clare DeVine) and she said she was the biggest at a size 10!

thought id share this seeign as there is so much debate about size zero!

I can fit into a size 0 and i'm not ill or anything. I don't have the best diet tho, i just live on crap. I hate being the size i am, i would rather be bit bigger.

No wonder some women out there don't like her lol.

I'm a size zero and I m not ill or have an eating disorder, I actually eat for England lol, I just don't put weight on.

I think she is naturally skinny though, some people are, others who try to be size 0 look ill! My friend is like a UK size 4/6 and i look like a size 20 standing next to her but i'm only a size 10 lol
Even if Roxy is size 0 she still looks good i mean have you seen the lastest pics of Amy Winehouse lol

I'm Size 2 to 0 and I'm as healthy as possible, I have full lips and not exactly flat chested!

I don't think there's anything wrong with being a size 0, or a size 20 - as long as you're healthy that's all that counts.

But I just don't think Roxanne looks like a size zero (or UK size 4) - she's not that small! I mean when you compare her to people like Victoria Beckham and Nicole Ritchie, isn't that what size zeros look like? Roxanne looks bigger than them (in a good way - she's stunning!)

can i just say its people thinking like this that makes people want to lose weight that can lead on to eating disorders, i was put on some tablets a couple of years back for a hormone inbalance i have and i went from a curvy 12 - 14 to a size 6 - 8 in less than 3 months, i couldn't sleep because of the tablets i felt sick most days and my skin looked yellow, i hated being thin i come from a family of big eaters and everyone thought i had anorixa, yeah it was nice to be thin but i loved being curvy, i was studying media and looking at the effects that people like roxanne who are in the spotlight have on young people, yeah she probably looks great in magazines and tv, but its all airbrushed and a lot of make up, i'm not saying all people who are that size arnt healthy i'm just saying that people need to think about these factors.

i cant believe you lot are so shocked about this! i think it is obvious! she is absolutely unbelievably thin. she does look healthy enough and is positively gorgeous especially facially but if you think about how much thinner she is now than when she started...that scares me.

i agree though, some people can be that thin and be lovely and healthy and i hope she is as well as she seems

lucky, theres another peopel starving in the world without people doing it for vanity, if your doing it for boys then a large percent of them perfer girls from a size 10 to 12.
if your a size zero or less, and you are in a accident your less likely to survive because your organs arnt as stronge and theres no fat on your body to help it recover, being that size can be dangerous, i sugguest you and any other young girls who think its cool to be a size zero do some research on it and anorixa , it might open your eyes is opened mine.
i work with some stunning actress and the smallest iv met was a size 6.

can i just add though that this article is misleading...it says she is a size zero yet has a 25 inch waist, 32B bra size and is 5 foot 7. by my calculations that makes her size 8...look on any size chart unless she has very small hips but still up top would be an 8. i am a size 10 with almost the same measurements but a 26ish inch waist

your right, people read this in papers like the news of the world who is known for writing rubbish about celebs,and believe it because because an "insider" said so so it must be true, when they mean an inside they probably morly like mean the person who delivers the mail.
it is worrying though to think that people think to be that size is ok, its not, there are people kin this world that would kill to have the food we have, they send there kids off to work because they cant feed them, and people do it to look good, i cant understand it, lifes to short, i'm 21 and dont spend hours putting make up on, or worrying what people think, even though i do suffer with ance, at the end of the day this is what i look like if people dont like it tough, i really do think its magazines that encourage young girls and boys to go on diets, plaster themselves with make up and this makes them grow up to quick.
i do think these young actress need to do more to discourage this, i believe emma rigby has been.
