Nope. He is a hopeless lay about who works once in a blue moon in the Ashworths shop. He hangs about with students to pretending he is at college.

Oh yeah and he still sleeps on the floor of his mate Rhys's room (in Rhys's parents house).

So no he isnt a student at HCC and I dont think much of him. Class one loser and dope.

Thats not true that he moves into the halls. You have to be a student. He isn't and he can't actually join the college until September so he's not moving into the halls.
