I always felt these towers were very beautiful, kind of like giant chess pieces, a sort of king and queen of South Yorkshire. I could always imagine the one with the diamond shaped piercings painted black with its bands picked out in silver and the other one in white with its bands picked out in gold and both of them topped with stainless steel crowns.
After watching your video all I keep imagining is an LS Lowry type matchstick man sculpture wearing a massive pair of brick boots! I've tried thinking outside the boo....oops, box, but I just can't. I'm almost like Richard Drayfus was with the landing site in Close Encounters, it's THAT vivid lol
