Has anyone on the Forum tried the Big Art Project's new Big Art Mob yet?

It doesn't take long to register at www.channel4.com/bigartmob and full instructions on how to post an image can be found there.

Just take a photo on your mobile phone (or upload one from your computer) of a piece of public art - sculpture, mural or graffiti etc., and post it onto the site.

Once you have posted your image, you can fill in some details: artist, title and location and it is automatically added to a google public art map - anywhere in the world!

Join in and comment on other peoples postings or add details you know that they might have missed and keep an eye what comments you may get on your own contributions.

There are lots of contributions on the site that can already be seen but once the Big Art Project artworks have begun, their progress could be followed and recorded on your own Moblog page.

As the Channel 4 publicity says: 'Join the Big Art Mob right now and strike a blow for beauty! Simply snap and send'
