thinking about getting it but ive heard so many bad things and flaws with it and wondering weather its really worth it
anyone got one or thinking of buying one??

I got one on launch day with my Bf.

Nothing has gone wrong up to now fingers crossed, but we still have not tried to play any PS2 games on it yet which could be a disaster as the european PS3 does not have the program/info to run all of the PS2 games.

but apparently that can be downloaded soon threw an upgrade from sony.

I dont no as of yet if it is worth all the money but up to now its pritty good

I don't have one unfortunately, but I know someone who does and they've said that so far, it's fantastic.

I want one, but I am not paying £425 for it!

I'll stick with my XBOX 350 until the price drops to a more reasonable level.

i'm flat out refusing to buy one, after europe got screwed over last year, over the launch. It will be the first major system since the mega-drive came out that i've not bought.

It is pretty expensive for a PS3 but i saved up and bought one and have no complaints. has anyone else seen their uk launch ads called 'This Is Living'? very cool...

Any opinions?

i got a ps3, my advice to anyone would be to wait until a price drop. Because there's not to many good games at the moment and the online is not that great either.

I Will be resisting the Calling Urges of the 360 and investing in one next year. For now, PC all the way. Come on

I got a PS3, while i was on holiday to the East it was cheaper then the UK so i got it.
The graphics are brilliant and there's a few good games in it too

I can't wait to get a ps3. The game iam most looking forward to is ffxiii the graphics look amazing.
