I like fifa 08 better because it has be a pro where you take control of one player, it sounds boring but it's fun and feels like you are a pro footballer,it's good online too.
And plus it has the lower leagues, which 07 don't have.

And to the op, please don't buy pro evo, only good thing about it is the Graphics the controls are awful and the online is a joke.
I had pro evo 6 when it came out, after a week I sold it, very poor footbal game.
