What are your favoirite opening movies or intros to games here are some of mine:
MGS2 - Where snake is walking along the bridge in the rain, this reminds me of a Jerry Brookheimer blockbuster especially the Rock. Its very atmospheric. The soundtrack for the whole game was also done by the same people who did the soundtrack for the rock!
Final Fantsy X - The opening blitzball scene where sin attacks Zanarkand and you first see Auron and you are unsure if he is a good guy or a bad guy as he toasts sin with his multipurpose flask. And watching them play blitzball is good too its a shame the actual game becomes amazingly boring blitzball not the whole game I mean.
Resident Evil Code Veronica - I just love the scene where Claire is trying to escape from the Unmbrella head-quaters and she is being chased down by soldiers and a helicopter. They tried to copy it in the second film though and it just looked awfull I couldnt beleive it I mean it was great on the game but just totally unbeleivable in film!
Devil May Cry 3 - I liked the whole story of this game and they totally redeemed themselves after number 2 the opening scene is Dante and Vergil are fighting on the top of the Temin Ni Gru in the rain while the girl that you meet later in the game is narrating the legend of the sons of Sparda
