I am working with dokumenting various behaviour modification programs around the globe. Some of them has been on Brat Camp.

Right now we are trying to investigate Aspen Achievement Academy. Family members have confirmed that a boy hung himself out in the desert april 2007 making him number two this year to die during a wilderness course.

The poor boy was depressed after loosing his brother in a car accident and somehow professionels convinced his mother than a wilderness course was better than a hospital. It was not.

Beside riot, rape and another death, it is only the second death in Aspen Achievement Academy.

The first boy to die this year was Caleb Jensen - a harden criminal (Convicted for stealing - normally it does not result in a death sentence, but it was not the first time).


Another program owned by Aspen education is YouthCare. A 14 year old boy complained about stomach pains and it was considered to be manipulation. It was not (Bowel infarction. Some say it is painful) and the boy was found dead in the morning.



It is frustrating. The children die all the time and we are always behind in the game.
