but the problem Barca have will teturn in 3-4 weeks because Eto'o is in training, Ronnie is back at the weekend and with Messi on fire who wont play.
Rijkard will have to remember that form should always precede reputation. Messi is on fire at the moment and Rijkard would be a fool to drop him unless he was to save him for an important up and coming game (though I cant see any of them coming up in the CL as Barca look to wipe the floor clean of their group). As for Eto, he will have to gradually ease is way back into the first team while at it trying to use the 30 odd minutes he'll have on the pitch to convince Rijkard that he should be considered above Henry.

I didnt mean Messi would not play i meant who out of the 4 wont lol.
Barcelona cant play 4-3-3 with Ronnie, Henry, Messi and Eto'o and it wont take long for all of them to b 100% fit, so sum1 is going to b upset

I wouldn't class Santos as a regular starter - at 18, he is potentially a world beater though he still has much to learn, and you can bet your bottom dollar he wont start against R. Madrid etc unless Barca suffer from attacking injuries or suspensions. As for which 3 of the main 4 will play: it will be R'dinho, Henry and Messi as starters with Eto having to regain full fitness, then hope Henry doesn't continue the trend he's just set...

Before long Eto'o will be off to the African cup, so it won't be much of an issue.
Messi is the one untouchable of the four, he shouldn't be dropped or taken off in any meanigful game.
I'm not overly convinced by Dos Santos, I think Bojan might be the better hope.

Before Henry got injured Dos Santos was getting as much time on the pitch as Henry which is why I mentioned him. If anyone has a bad run he is waiting in the wings.
I said before the season started that someone would be upset.

In my eyes he's been great for a while now, but it seems Messi has truly burst into the limelight this season with majestic displays week in week out, and is also top scorer in Spain.

Messi is awersum (pains me to say it bout a barca player) but i still think he needs more time to b the best player in the world.

Nice weekend for Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Espanyol 2 - 1 Real Madrid Villarreal 3 - 1 Barcelona
Also Ronaldinho and Robinho are in trouble and having a party after the Brazil game and came back later for each others clubs.
Now Ronnie never plays for Barcelona after playing for Brazil but Robinho looks set to leave Real in the transfer window because of his lact of passion while playing for his club.
Real Madrid will look to add more players during the window and top 3 players to this list are Drogba, Ballack and David Villa, also along with Barcelona they will offer a massive amount for Fabregas next summer.

R.E Robinho...I think I'd call it CONDOMGATE

Hey,hey. Believe it or not, am not a newbie on here just a bi-annual postee or whatever the term is!! Catch La Liga action whenever i can, and have to say that watching the Villareal/Barca game last weekend was something to behold being that i'm a massive Arsenal fan. Am still to this day, a little unsure of us losing Thierry so easily and would still love to see him in Arsenal's colours but have total faith in Wenger's management and certainly can't complain about the unity of the team and the start we've had. Anyhow back to Henry, Pires and even Cygan. The yellow submarine have had a good start to the league but even so, still must have rolled up their sleeves and wondered about the onslaught to come from Henry, Messi and Co, and what a game. Proof to not only me but others out there too who are turning to the philosophy that one player doesn't make a team etc. Henry was and is a true legend but he had great players behind him at Arsenal like Robert,Dennis, Patrick, Freddie, Cesc etc. Pires was my favourite for sure, he maybe over elaborates his dives's some what but not as bad as some but on his feet brought play from midfield to attack with precisional ease and created alot of Titi's goals along with Dennis too. Good to see that after a lengthly spell out with injury that the manager has still seen the potential he has at this stage and indeed is helping out the on-going Riquelme saga at Villareal. All in all it was a victory for team play, though i still enjoy watching Barca even after Champs League Final defeat. Dodgy Cygan is finding his feet in La Liga, and as for Titi, well only time will tell as he is no longer the main man but one of the many and will have to be patient in front of goal with the other's who are around him though i wish him well. On a slightly different note, Messi is certainly clipping on the heel's of the brilliant Kaka for World player of the Year surely with his consistent displays. Over and Out
I'M JUST A NOTCH ON YOUR BEDPOST BUT YOU'RE JUST A LINE IN A SONG... BAND-WAGON'S FULL, PLEASE CATCH ANOTHER...

However good Riquelme is Villareal certainly don't need him at present, they have Pires; what a player he still is. I think Villareal will be this season's Sevilla.

Does any1 know the reason why the Real Madrid v Depo game is not on this weekend ?

It's the damn TV rights saga in Spain mate. Sky can't seem to guarentee which games they're going to show as it seems one of either Barca or Real's game is not granted the right to be shown abroad.

But its not being played at all

There's nothing on Real's website regarding postponement, and I can''t find anything else, altough the games doesn't appear on SKY score centre so its certainly not being played
|
| |
|

|
now u c my problem lol.
On sky text it said it should have played yesterday but sumtimes there wrong, so i checked the score centre and nothing lol
|
| |
|

|
I think Sky might've just meseed up Of the 2 sources I'd think RMTV would certainly have something if the game was indeed postponed.
|
| |
|

|
Yeah they did, i just check ESPNsoccernet and they have the team line-up.
|

Good win for Real. Barca won also though they were far from impressive.

I can see this kicking them in the behind next time Sky negotiate their contract. Enjoyed the Sevilla Vallencia game tonight and Barca did look unconvincing earlier though result never in doubt.
