I read an article today by a journalist in the Mail saying the jury is still out on whether he is a bad manager and that the board made a knee-jerk reaction to sacking him after failure to win the last 3 home games this season. I almost cried with laughter over this.

I agree he is too much one of the lads, although his profile helped Boro attract players his success was in the 1st division where we had more money than anyone else to spend.
