OK. So a few days after saying you didn't leave for money you say:
"At a board meeting held two days before our 1-0 away defeat at Bolton in January, it was ecided the maximum offer should be £55,000 a week," he added.
"I don't believe the board gave a damn about keeping me. It preferred to haggle over a difference of £5,000."
That sounds like an issue concerning money, does it not .
Is there no end to Cole's stupidity, arrogance, greed and total unawareness of the events going on around him?
If he wanted to stay there and loved the club so much, £5,000 p/w shouldn't matter. He's as much to blame over negotiations stalling at that amount as the board.
Wake up and smell the coffee. £5k p/w would be fantastic for me and any Arsenal fan. You know, the man in the street who works hard for 7 1/2 hours a day, 5 days a week to help put that money in the little idiot's pocket. And not the ridiculous hours he works to earn that obscene amount
