Which one of the lower European teams will perfom best?

These are the teams where only the top 2 clubs from thier counrty are alound to enter the UEFA CL. For me it is defiantly Galatasary, their squad is very strong at the moment and i am sure will perfom best. With there new midfie ldsignings Marcelo Adrian Carrusca and Junichi Inamoto i am sure they will do very good.

I hate Galatasaray and all Turkish teams as their fans and players are nothing but hooligans who have no place in the civilised game. I hope they lose every game they play heavily.

I've actually gone for Celtic as I truly believe they may have a decent chance of doing something

Not all Turkish Players are bad, one example Emre newcastle united.

Yeah I think Celtic (considering their group opposition).

I also think that Olympiacos and Dynamo Kiev will do well.

have to say celtic, not for the obvious reason??

but because i believe we have as good a chance as anyone of progressing from our group...

since playin in CL we have lost very few games at parkhead including some of the best teams in european football history (like ourselves of course)

new guys such as gravesen and hessilink of venegoor will make an impressive addition to nakamura zuravski and boruc.

just a pity petrov has left he will be outstanding in the premiership - a great servant for celtic who would have given us extra in CL - ho hum!!

I'm thinking Olympiakos and CSKA Moscow will do well. Teams seem to struggle going to these places.
Saying that, Valencia got a good result in Athens tonight.

Bit of a generalisation there surely
Not all Turkish fans are bad.

Steaua, they are a really good team at the moment they are deadly at set pieces.
And they have a number of players who should be playing in better leagues (Dica, Radoi, Goian,Nicolita and Iacob).

as good as Inamoto is he is not champions league quality.

He was struggling to hold down a place in the West Brom team for god sake!

Personally I am not too fussed about the Champions League and my knowledge is not great

I think the champions league is a poor spectacle, id much rather it was an fa cup style format.
