no, i backed him up because i don't think you are right, you stated crouch was the biggest disappointment, or at least asked the question, and i have since offered my opinion, which you have argued against, although you now state veron is. If you're looking at big losses what about Vieri on a free to milan, or Figo to Inter for £2million after Madrid paid a world record fee, was he a waste of money just because there's such a big difference?
i think you need to figure out exactly what your point is before you start arguing

Owen was going anyway like someone said but we also got that defender in the deal Josami is it, anyway hardly plays but just felt like saying

When you figure out what objective means, let me know.
thats a great response which completely avoided answering the point i was trying to make and one that you had to answer, which seems to be a common theme to your replies to posts on here

Wasn't Nunez part of the Owen deal as well? Admittedly he's hopeless but hey!

Well at the top of my page it says "Is Peter Crouch the worst signing in the history of football" By your answer it is "no"

yeah, his fee back to spain was undisclosed, so that could be £10 million or a lollipop, i wonder which!!

Just for us Liverpool fans (and it will make us feel better!!) Peter Crouch, or Sean Dundee? Which is better value for money?

erik meijer??? titi camara? el hadji diouf? bruno cheyrou? salif diao? harry kewell? chris kirkland even? patrice luzi?
money is irrelevant really, we got babbel and mcallister on free's, two of our best signings ever

Blond, Actually Cupra's reasoning is spot on. The topic of this thread, is, Is Peter Crouch, the worst signing in the history of football ? You said Veron was a worse signing, he agreed with you, and then you slate him... As they said about Dennis Wise, I bet you could start an argument in a phonebox! Now get those blinkers off, and stop acting like a troll!
"Just because its fun!"

Wengers worst signings: Igor Stephanovs - just really really really bad and hardly played. But did well in the European cup for his country. (even if he is an Igor tthuur ) Francis Jeffers - spent most of his time injured and we lost a lot of money when we sold him. We had better youth players at the club at the time. Kaba Diawara - never looked like scoring Remi Garde - worse than Cygan Cygan - dont even get me started Though I could dredge up some truely awful pre-wenger signings

RE: Franny Jeffers. Great bit of business for us that! You got your own back with Richard Wright though

kewell, diouf, diao, cheyrou - liverpool
smertin, jarosik, johnson - chelsea (why sign the first two if they're never going to play?)
wreh, cygan, any keeper - arsenal
too lazy to go through everyone, rebrov etc
Veron was absolute tosh! For a supposed world rated midfielder that was in his prime, he was dire. I never understood why that was, because he was a genuinely good player before he came to England.

If this isn't a troll-like remark, I don't know what is? Are you Cupra's mummy?
his partner actually, you know what that is, probably something you'll never have, who could put up with your childishness?

because utd didn't base a whole team around his style of play... he had to fit in with the likes of Beckham or Keane... not used to not being top dog..

LOL yes I seem to remember he had a hissy fit and wanted to leave. Stating he didnt want to be number two to Seaman for another season. Seaman got crocked about 2 months later, didnt play for us again and Wright is still warming the bench at Everton.

Why don't you 2 beg to differ and call it quits, you are litery going round in circles and making it unpleasant for other people to post. I'm sure you are both intelligent people who don't see eye to eye but mud slinging at each other is getting you nowhere.
