I can't for the life of me understand what Collins John is doing in the championship. He's a proven premiership goalscorer, far too good for that league.

He was constantly played out of position by Coleman on right midfield. As for 95 games, a big proportion of them have been as a sub and when he was given chances he was left upfront on his own. He is far too good for the championship and should be starting for Fulham.

Sorry, I disagree. I see plenty of players who "should be playing at a higher level" in our league. Most have failed to live up to their potential and there's a reason they've dropped down - their manager doesn't rate them and/or they don't have the desire to succeed (I won't judge Collins John on this), which seems strange, I know, but it does happen. Otherwise, lets face it, clubs in the Premiership would have realised their talent and, played regularly out of position or not, they would move on to another club in the top flight.

I see where you're coming from. There is a question mark over his attitude, he has been accused of being lazy and can get very frustrated so you do make a valid point. I believe he is a far better player than Kamara and Kuqi and with McBride out atm I would have liked to see him given a chance in the Fulham team. He is a very talented player, will score goals in the premiership and is part of the Dutch Under 21 team. Newcastle tried to sign him last January but we rejected their offer. Scored again today. Hope his form continues.

I saw his goal yesterday and couldn't help but think that I wished we'd signed him on loan. He could do a better job than Robbie Howler at the moment. I get the feeling he's one of those 'too good for The Championship, not good enough for The Premiership' type players
