Who appointed Sven?
Who offered him a scandalous amount of money that should have been invested in future generations?
Who virtually tried driving him out coz they couldn't offord to sasck him?
And who made such a mess of appointing a successor that we are left with McLaren?

Highest paid manager at the WC- Eriksson, £5m pa, second highest, Klinsmann £1.4m pa, third, La Volpa £1.3m pa.

Who got the best value for their manager? Who looks like leading his side to the final? Who is front page news every month, took an untried kid to the finals and didn't use him and who went out in the quarters? and who agreed to his obscene demands after being caught with his pants down with his secretary, who he couldn't even trust to keep her mouth shut (after the event, rather than during, if you know what I mean!)?

Who appointed Sven...erm the press..they demanded an experienced coach who wasnt tactically naive.

He got a scadalous wage because erm the press exposed him lining up a chelsea job and the FA then had to spend a lot more to keep hold of him. I know the press could have A kept their bloody mouths shut and B we could have changed managers.

Who virtually drove him out?...was that the FA dressed up as a sheik or a reporter...my memory is slacking.

Who made such a mess of a successor selection?...who DEMANDED an ENGLISH manager as replacement and not a dirty foreigner and when a dirty foreigner was favourite exposed the plan (scolari) knowing full well it would stop all FA plans .....erm yes our beloved media again.
