What is Man U becoming, first Beckham, then Van Nistelroy and now Ronaldo!!!

Man U seem to be fast becoming just a feeder club for Real Madrid.

Doesn't seem to have done Franco's team any good. Big Grin
Perhaps you mean Surreal Madrid are becoming a bin for United's cast offs?

LOL!!

It does seem that way.

The only thing is, the players never seem to achieve quite as much once they go to Real M.

Beckham only just managed to sneak a championship winning medal & that's when it was confirmed he was off to Walt Disney FC & RvN has bagged winners medals too, but they've done zilch in Europe & that's where it counts.

Three things:

(1) Players often get itchy feet once they havee achieved

(2) Manc is nice enough (and I have lived there and liked it) but hardly has the attractions on the big European cities

(3) Man U don't seem to be a natural home for the sport's global superstars - a place for the big fish.

Think about it. Of course, CR emerged to the top but there have not been that many "A" list international stars there. It seems to suit top class, quality players for sure but not the
biggest names.
