Doubt it. But in the event - England.. this way it'd be minus the expectation.. so any win would be a bonus, and therefore they might actually get further...

Didnt take him long to get bolshy over European clubs again now he thinks his G14 headache has gone away. I cant see this statement going down well now that clubs are supposed to be part of the consultation process and running of FIFA which is why they disbanded. I also thought that EURO 08 was a UEFA competition and the CL certainly is or will we have to wait for his glove puppet Platini to pipe up.
