Liverpool are reportedly ready to rival Juventus for the signature of Gabriel Heinze, but the Manchester United defender is remaining tight-lipped about his future until after the Copa America.
Hoping Sir Alex hangs onto him full stop, but if he is set on selling him, then please let it be abroad at least.
Owen Hargreaves has completed his move to United from Bayern Munich, putting pen to paper on a four-year contract with the Barclays Premier League champions.
"It's been a long time coming," Owen exclusively told ManUtd.com. "It was probably the worst-kept secret in football, but it's great to be here."
Well.. wouldn't want to be accused of bragging before achieving now would i?
Shame but can't say i'm that surprised about Smith either. Thought he'd be a decent player for United when he signed but with injuries and competition he never really got the chance. (Bar the odd time now and again). Reckon it'll do him good at Newcastle, more games etc.. potential to do well there..
