Don't listen to him, tho' I did read this quote elsewhere and it made me giggle... Terry Christian on Talksport - "Its been a bad year for Liverpool, first Heather Mills and then Riise. They're being made fools of by one legged clowns!" V. naughty but clever *14th April 1999 Villa Park*

Problem is, Heinze, this joke falls down by the fact Riise headed the ball and not, as the joke might imply, by kicking the ball in then back of the net. Just an observation like

Barca did have more of the ball but how many clear cut chances did they create?
Well done Man U and what a cracking goal to win the tie.

It's a tough one for me, as I would prefer Liverpool in the final (although the United in me does not want Liverpool to win any match, unless it benefits us), as we seem to beat them a lot, whereas we usually struggle against Chelsea. Saying that, I'm gutted we are going to have 2 English clubs in the final, as I believe we are going to get a dull fear football final IMO

I'd prefer Liverpool in the sense that if we won it would mean so much more to beat them in the final. On the other hand, if they won, we would never hear the end of it and it'd be far worse than losing to Chelsea. I see Chelsea winning tonight though. -----------------------------

I must say that Nani embarrassed the shirt of United with that pathetic dive after his 'headbutt', but I can't decide whether his dive was worse than Lucas Neill's dive after the 'headbutt'!!!

Nani is Portugese, it seems it's in their blood to cheat and ingrained in them at an early age. It made me laugh when Sporting Lisbon asked for a strong ref in their 2nd leg UEFA Cup game v Rangers recently due to Rangers physical approach, but could Rangers have done the same thing due to Portugese 'gamesmanship' (cheating basically)? Watch out for more theatrics during Euro 08. And Lucas Neil, one of football's hardmen? Laughable really

According to Talksport, if we beat anybody handily, they will have rolled over! They are spouting nonsense about Wigan rolling over & giving us 3 points etc; what a load of carp! All the teams that have been on the metaphoric beach (some since the Carling Cup Final) & all of a sudden, it would be a problem in the event of Wigan not turning up for a game! I don't suppose that if Chelsea brush any teams aside, that they might have rolled over? Talksport is going seriously downhill IMO.

I would not mind if Wigan did roll over I gave up on the sports side of Talksport many a moon ago. Brazil, Parry, and Wright are hopeless.

Magnificent from the lads & the boss. For so long I though Arsenal were going to walk off with the title, but as usual, Sir Alex turns it round. Everytime he is met with a challenge & you think United's era might be over, SAF constructs another team to blast black. Never mind Giggsy, we should all hail Sir Alex Ferguson!!!
