Reports in the Manchester Evening News are suggesting that SAF is interested in signing Micah Richards! That would be an audacious signing, if he were to pull it off!!!!!

If Richards signed for United, he'd have to keep away from the Gorton & Beswick area!!!!!

You were right about the points. I was thinking that this game could have been a potential banana skin, but we looked very comfortable in the end. I hope Vidic is OK; he's been my top player this season.

I think you're home and dry as far as the league is concerned. I know there's the potential there for a slip up but Chelsea have struggled all season and I can't see them pulling back the points.

I thought 'here we go again' when we went 1-0 down.. but what a come back.... Just a shame those lucky *******'s Chelsea clawed a late win. Shame about Vidic, as if we need yet another injured player... ----------------------------- Manchester United Double Winners 2007/2008

I have to say that having watched both games today. Man Utd should easily win the title. They looked a class above Rovers, where as you couldn't really tell who was the bottom team in the Chelsea Watford game.

Last night's FA Youth Cup 2nd leg, versus Arsenal was a fantastic game. 4-2 win for us, but Arsenal were fantastic & lead twice. We managed to sneak through 4-3 on aggregate in the end. I was sad to see so few supporters there, especially when you consider that tickets were £2. There should be a lot more for the finals, as it's against Liverpool (the holders).

Has Rooney caught the foreign cheat syndrome? What's with all this diving and moaning about 2 excellent challenges?

Haaaaaaaaa. Nice finish Rio, Taylor is in my Fantasy Football team so I'll get an assist for that

OMG! What happened today? Tired legs, one long injury list and one massive, massive error between Eddie & Rio... Oh dear! We've just got to get focussed for Roma now and forget today. The lads have to pick themselves up and get fired up - with Watford in the Cup on Saturday, they've got a lot to do! Are any of you going to OT for Roma or Villa for the Watford game? I'll be there!

Yeah, and I'm sure that cuddly uddly manager of yours has a few other excuses lined up for the sunday newspapers. What'll it be? The FA, ref, lino, late kick-off, dodgy Fratton Park pitch, Rome police, or Jose Mourhinos after shave??? ABUs of the world unite. It's just a pity the only other team involved in the Championship race is Chelski. Where's Liverpool and Arsenal when you need 'em, eh?
---------------------------------------------- Please, ANYONE but Mourhino or Cap... oh bugger!

Whilst I have zero tolerance for the Beetroot one, potato headed Rooney, and you know who, the idea that I would ever want Portsmouth to beat them is anathema to me. Chelski is the last team I would want to win the competition. Come on United! You can do it!
Proud to be subsidising, nay bailing out, people who had more money than me, even if they did waste it all on inappropriate motors, housing, and tosh.

going to be interesting now as chelsea have arsenal on may 6th which arse will probably have to win to keep hold of 4th then after that chelsea got manu on the 9th then last game for manu is against wham who will also have to win to avoid the drop. glad im a neutral as this would do my piles no good at all!
