By Jiminy, I found it! For a 'Shorter' dictionary, it's rather big, isn't it? Bit of a misnomer, and at £99 it ain't cheap . So lucky they just let me look at it . The marvellously succinct word that describes Peter is page 3388, middle column, five words down. Peruse at your leisure !
