Blimey, it's minus effin' 9! Also it's snowed and I really can't stand the stuff. You can't walk normally in it, falling on your ar5e randomly, people throw it at you, it makes your feet feel like blocks of ice, it disrupts public transport, it takes longer to walk to places, it basically sucks nuts. But it looks pretty and that's all that matters, right?

Thanks love. I wasn't being rude by not answering sooner. My computer was playing silly buggers and I'm such a spazztard at computers it took me ages to figure out how to fix it.
Maybe your Nan will make up for teasing you by buying you a really cool pressie. Hope springs eternal.
BTTMUQU: I'm in Italy and my daughter lives one mile from the big explosion in Hemel Hempstead. I'm a little worried to say the least . Hoping Herts Fire and Rescue get the situation under control but I can see it burning for quite a while yet. It's the air quality I worry about more than anything. Her grandparents live 5 miles away and they can smell it in the air.

That explosion thing woke me up this morning. At first my wife suggested it was thunder, but at 6:00am on a Sunday morning I wasn't in the mood to point out that there was clear skys and sunshine, and that it didn't sound like thunder, because a 'heated debate' may have occured.
Only just found out what it was. We only live about 10 miles from Hemel Hempstead, and I had no idea there was a fuel storage depot anywhere in the area.
It seems that no-one has been killed though, which is good.

I'm just reading about it now. People said that the blast could be heard 100 miles away! It's the biggest explosion in peacetime Europe, some say.
Listen to it more, it's a great album. I got it 2 months ago now (on a promo) and it took me a few listens until I understood what it was all about, and not just some dross. (this should be on the Choir thread). What is it with bands, and cancelling gigs though? It was feeder last week!
