Sorry to hear that, mate. Last time I got made redundant I was a trolley boy at Tesco's. Walked away with a massive £30 . Walked into a job at Bejams (remember them?). So there is hope.

I'd been doing ok on the Serie A points game lately, so decided to start for real the weekend before xmas with Italian and Spanish results only. I'd built up a nice pot, and put the lot on a home win for Lazio. Gambling - don't do it, kids.

How was Black Wednesday?

They actually brought it forward, so desparate were they to boot me out so I went on Tuesday. Still at work now though - get 5 weeks notice, not that I'll be serving it all...

Football games (LMA Manager), racing games (Colin McRae Rally, ToCa Race Driver), war games (Operation Flashpoint) and MMOs which the company are concentrating on and ditching the football titles - hence no need for me.
