They closed the other thread again.
Our UEFA cup games congest our fixture list. I don't the dates for the coppa italia game, they'd move it though.
I think we have one of the tougher UEFA cup games a few days before the derby.

As you said, he's meant to be. I've seen him play about twice and he didn't do anything amazing, anyone else know any more?

The mysteries of the forum...

I see you're point but I'm not complaining as it theoretically means they'll be shown in the UK!

I have a horrible suspision (i've tried to spell that 5 times now and it's still not right) anyway I don't think that Bravo will show the juve game as it's on a saturday night and not a sunday night. As much as i want to see this game it's not worth the price of subscribing to setanta sports.Frown

I don;t care right now that Cassano rejected his 2 year extension. Play him anyways, signed or not signed. We need him to play at the moment, and if january comes and he still hasn't signed, sell him.

But right now he is still a Roma player and needs to play.

The White Sox[baseball] have their best player as a free agent when the playoffs end. They are not freezing him out , but played him all year.

If he leaves , he leaves, but they need him to play every game right NOW.

Why does he want a 5 year deal? I just refuse to believe anything about Cassano until he signs something (and by something i mean a contract) whether that's with Roma or whoever isn't important, the constant speculation is just boring and repetitive.

Play him though.

The Australian tabloids are pretty reliable at times, but even this seems a bit far-fetched.

But having said this, if Spalletti pulls it off, I will personally kiss his bald head. God knows we could use that kind of playmaker

Ok you know something, I know we're suffering right now and we'd really like him to play but I'm parting with Roma management at this point.

If he doesn't sign a contract, we freeze him. If he doesn't play he doesn't play in Germany. I'm sure he doesn't want that.

If we let him play without signing a contract, he plays in Germany and he signs for Juve in the summer for free. That's what Cassano and Cappello want.

Here's what we do: we play a waiting game. He can't hold for much longer. Make him sign a contract. I dont think he really cares for Roma or any other club as much as he does for the money so make him sign so come january we offer him to Juve (or any other club) If they dont want him, good we have him for 5 more years, but DO NOT LET HIM PLAY WITHOUT SIGNING otherwise he'll get a free ticket to germany and Juve and we leave empty handed.

I agree. I don´t care if he leaves for nothing next summer but we need his playing ability to help challenge that fourth spot and qualification for next years CL.

Re: Roma - Milan in January...

Hi all, I'm a Nottingham FOREST fan who loosely follows Italian Football, new to the forum but hopefully will post a bit from now on...

I'm looking for a bit of advice on the Roma vs Milan match on 15th January 2006. I've booked for the weekend in Rome and would like to go to this match.

I've seen the overpriced tickets available on various websites such as Euro-Football.com, but wondered what my chances were if I waited until they were available through the official channels (lis-ticket.it or from Roma)?

Is this game likely to sell out?

Any other tips that could make my weekend enjoyable?

Many thanks. Smile

So far the stadium has been empty this season but I guess for the Milan game it will full. You can no longer buy Roma tickets on line. You have to buy them from one of the Roma Stores or from a Lottomatica. There are a couple of Roma stores in the city centre. You can not buy them at the stadium. Tickets cost from 15 (Curva Nord) to 100 euro (Tribuna) I think. Tickets go on sale the Monday or Tuesday before the game.

It's called Sex Panther, by Odeon. It's illegal in 9 other countries. It's made with pieces of real panther, so you know it's good. They've done studies you know - 60% of the time, it works every time!
