A good start to the season for a change!! We actually played well and we werenr full strength. Vucinic is still useless.. Giuly missed 3 shots on goal.. Perrotta got a red card while waiting to come on as a sub.. somethings never change.. Hopefully we can keep this up!

I've been going to Roma games regularly since 2003, but only moved here full time last February, before that I was moving back and forth a lot from england. So yeah, last year was my first as a season ticket holder. I go to away games only rarely though. Am quite optimistic about this year and cant wait for things to start properly.

I though i was quite unique being english, female and romanista buapparently it's very common. Sadly I don't actually live in Rome yet though.

I never thought this cicinho thing would happen, whenever we're linked with players in that manner i don't think we ever get them.

Right back who likes pushing up the wing. Threw a hissyfit at Madrid after Schuster tried playing him on the left.

I think he will good for us. Supposed to be the new Cafu, but those are some mighty shoes to fill.

Whoa havent posted here in a while.Just wanted to express my gratification in the capture of not only the supper coppa but also Cicinho.This has been one of the few good transfer season's since the 2000 one.Great win by the boys on saturday and great signing in Cicinho.

I see him playing as Right midfield though.Like Mancini he's better going forward then actually defending Forza Roma

K, tried posting kit photo links but they don't seem to have worked/need approval (which never seem to turn up). This forum is really stupid sometimes (or most of them time).

Anyway, Cicinho should be stuck as a right back since you have 4 or 5 players who can play on the right wing effectively already.. Obviously he'll still get forward a bit though. Didn't realize he was 27, though he was 23ish.
