I've nothing really against Inter but if Moratti spends loads of cash buying Juve players and they still don't win the scudetto.I will laugh for a fortnight.

Yup, this would be fun to watch!

I still think we should be in the market for a top notch striker.

Especially with CL footy on the horizon.

I agree with you Rosa.. it wouldnt be the same winning a scudetto without playing the likes of Juve.... Will be strange not to have a Derby this season or the Juve game... Im sure things will change on appeal so we'll have to wait and see...

the 3 going down take hte relagation spots of Seria A and the three who where coming 6 weeks ago from Seria B are still coming as far as i know.

Since Milan were 19 points ahead of Roma at the end of last season anyway, you winning the Scudetto will still require beating Milan.

I wouldnt be too disappointed with Carraciolo and Iaquinta. Spaletti had Iaquinta ta Udinese when he had a vers sucessful time and Carraciolo looks a hot prospect. Remember the qualoty Roam already have around them and the great youngsters also.

Sometimes big names can flop all too easy and lots of the players being sold off thru Calciopoli arent leaving cos they want to but cos they have too. We dont want players whose heart really isnt at Roma....

Mido will sign for Blackburn later this week for around £3.5m (so I've heard on local media). He's still haggling over wages/signing on fee but Blackburn have the pennies so hopefully he'll be out the door.

This is the best chance we are gonna get to make to make sure this is Roma's year, so Spalletti should try and bag a quality striker, as for Buffon - I can't see us spending everything we have on him.

If we strengthen our squad with useful players in key positions I'll be happy. I don't care if we sign a big name player or not. But if we were to sign a player of proven quality then I'd hope it would be a striker. If I could have 1 of those Juve players I'd take Zambrotta.

I'm aware of the contradiction there but when it comes the Zambrotta I'll make an exception.
