Ive posted this before but got no replies,so i'll try again. Does anyone know the music that the new Gazetta theme is based around?Come on,surely there is one educated, cultured type that uses this forum
He posted a link to a download of the tune a while back, and thanks to him, my phone now goes "Goooooolazo!" (or whatever it is) when someone rings my bell...
Anyway, I saw an advert on the telly for 'Classic FM's Most Wanted' and it's on there. However, I don't know which one it is...sorry...though I would like to know too! Actually, is the Gazzetta theme tune the same one as they use on matchdays? I think it is...
Just so you know, that thread is on page 2 of the bravo forum now, they seem to start a new thread every time they want to say something, instead of putting it in a thread of the same topic, so all the threads only last about 1 day on the first page, even though the forum is locked from midnight to 10am every night.
The track to which the link takes you is if I'm not mistaken the second or third version of the original Football Italia theme tune and is the version from the late 90s. It's a little faster and has a heavier beat than the original title track from when the program first aired on Channel 4 in 1992. I always prefered the original.
Anyway, this original title music that Football Italia used and it's other incarnations that later seasons of Football Italia sampled is taken from a track called "I'm Stronger Now". It was released by Deconstruction in 1992, written by Ben Chapman and Steve Duberry and performed by Definitive Two.
Here's a link to the full track which I uploaded this evening. Enjoy!
Sorry il ferret I don't know anything about ringtones but you are welcome to download the track that I uploaded on esnips. I hope you enjoyed it. It's a great track.
I always loved this music but never knew where it was from. I did a little digging on the net and found out where it originated from. Then a few weeks ago I saw it for sale on a site that sells rare and deleted cds. "Mommamia" I thought. "I'll have that!".
