I watched Holland - Scotland 1978 today on the BBC site (all 15 mins of it).
As an Englishman I have a strange fascination with that match & particularily the third goal. It's my favourite goal (ever) which is strange as I have no understandable connection with either of the teams involved. It was magical and seing it live as a nipper, I think I've been entranced ever since.
Cheers Archie Gemmill, it's still as great now as it was then. I never recreated it in the playground or on the pitch but I tried many times.
