So its Inter V Rangers in the champions League.

Nacho Novo is injured and will miss this match for Rangers. Hes not that much a miss now as Francis Jeffers & Prso are available. Rangers lost their latest match on Saturday to Hearts but won last time against Porto and are Joined top of the group.

Inter Milan However have much more experience in the Champions League and are definitely a better side than Rangers. But with slip-ups happening by big teams in the champions League could Rangers pull off a win and be the surprise package of the group?

If there is any decency in football it should be at least 3-0 to Inter. Rangers are only third rate at their very best, the Nerazzurri were sublime at the weekend. The only thing that would worry me if I were an Inter fan was the fact that they only scored one goal (an offside one at that) despite creating all those chances. Oh, and I might be worried Dado Prso will try to break Adriano's leg...

I think I'll give up watching football if Inter don't win convincingly.

Do not tempt the football gods Eek! They've kicked us too many times in the past. The only thing I'm worried about is the lack of crowd and noise. Moratti can't do it all on his own.

What kind of comment is that!? I don't remember Prso ever trying to break anyone's leg. And why would a striker be given the job to chop another striker, surely that would be a defenders job?

Inter will win tomorrow night. Someone is due a spanking soon and I think Rangers could very easily be the ones to get it, although I'd rather it was kept for Juve this weekend.

I just can't wait for the whole thing to be over. An hour and a half of hell awaits. Although at least I am in win-win situation with regards to the result!

I love Inter for richer for poorer, in sickness and in health, till death us do part.

I don't think Rangers will be on the end of a thrashing.

I can see Inter going a couple of goals ahead than the rest of the match being a non-event.

I wouldnt be surprised if Dado Prso was to injure any of the Inter Milan team after what he did to the Porto player. Breaking the mans nose and not recieving a red card. Eek was the ref blind Eek. Any way Rangers are a very "rough" team and there will sure be some injuries. After breaking bednar's leg on Saturday against Hearts, Rangers showed that they wont stop at nothing to get the win. (Even though they couldnt beat Hearts it didnt stop them trying to take out one of the best players, indeed the goalscorer).
My advice would be to Adriano....wear not only shin pads but leg pads. P.S and a helmet incase Dado is around. Roll Eyes

It's always smashing to see both Old Firm sides get smashed up good and proper. I have nothing but sheer contempt for both - although I probably, under torture, would side with Rangers because they don't sing 'You'll Never Walk Alone'. You'll certainly walk alone in the San Siro tonight (if you somehow managed to sneek in), as the club pays the penalty for their Iraqi insurgents-style supporters (or Ultras - so-called because they're all such huge fans of the 1997 Depeche Mode album of the same name in the singular). All the very best to Inter in a packed-to-the-rafters San Siro tonight! Big Grin

When in Rome, do the Romans.

Not only are your comments now officially laughable, but now factually inaccurate. No leg was broken and it was a great tackle that clearly cleanly won the ball.

Part of the problems Rangers have domestically is that they are too lightweight and not hard enough. That's why Martin O'Neill's Celtic teams dominated them so much - they were are a hard team and used to out muscle Rangers.

As for the Porto game - they just bleated about rough tactics because they lost, if they think that was rough house tactics then they must be used to basketball rules football.

I know of at least two Inter ultras who have pledged to hunt down Marvin Andrews if he attempts any similar tackles on Adriano, for example.

Fortunately, that kind of pincer tackle is not really allowed in the modern game.

I thought that Yewell Neva Wach Alown was actually a Celtic song, that, perhaps unsurprisingly, the Granny-Stabbers stole from them?

This could be the daftest question of the day, but... even though all the Inter fans are locked out due to being naughty, do the Huns get to take some of their soap-dodging 'prawstint' fans in to the San Siro or not?

Nope - behind closed doors, so in theory it'll be an empty stadium.

I read somewhere that some cheeky Rangers fans blagged their way into the San Siro on Wednesday night by wearing club ties and blazers and pretended to be club officials. It has also become apparent that Prso and Co blagged their way on to the pitch by pretending to be professional footballers Razz
