does anyone know if there are any italian teams touring switzerland pre season as I am on holiday there at the end of July ?

no, but i know inter milan (serie a champions 2005/06) are playing watford at vicarage road in august

Probably best check out the club websites - Inter, Milan and the Gobbi have English sections I think, though the Gobbi will hopefully be too busy trying to work out how to get to Crotone rather than Switzerland over the summer
