Whats happening with the fixtures. Serie A tv schedule is done till december but not B. I was hoping to do a couple of games next month. Napoli vs Juventus and Cesena vs Rimini. Is this because of the trail or because of the tv rights.

It's a "TV thing" - generally, the posticipi and anticipi aren't announced until 2 weeks before the games, that way SKY can sort of have a better picture of the "most interesting" game for that weekend in terms of the title race. But, also due to a "TV thing", Juventus will play most of the games either play on a Friday night or on a Monday night - you can guarantee that (if it hasn't already been announced) the Napoli v Junetus game will be on a Monday night. Cesena v Rimini should be an exciting game and well worth the visit if you can get tickets.

ummmm... the only blinking Piacenza game I had any chance of seeing live this season (against Modena) and they blinking move it to a Friday night, which makes it IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO GO TO!

Bari's ok,the centre is quite presentable and lively at night with everyone posing up and down. I ventured into Bari Vecchio myself during the day and had no bother but it is as confusing as the guides say and very easy to get disorientated(which was the idea in the first place).Like anywhere else you should just keep your wits about you and keep really expensive kit out of sight. Napoli's pretty good

A win for Hellas at the cat eaters Inconsistent as ever I had a look at the league table and Albinoleffe are looking healthy, a good draw at Rimini yesterday as well. Just out of interest where is Frosinone? I've never heard of the place

Frosinone is in Lazio, some 60km outisde Rome.

Thanks for warning about Bari. Alot of street urchins at the game. Jumping down the moat and nicking the footballs. Good atmosphere though.
Leccese do you know the waiter from waterloo. I met him when I went to Lecce 2 years ago and he said there were a few fans living in London.

hello jonah, glad you had a great time at Bari. The place is very rough i know this because my cousin is a police man and he reckons its worse than naples and i have to say he has a fair point. it has some good points but generally it needs huge investment and like today but i doubt this will happen! anyway i know the stadium is fantastic so i do envy bari for having a great place to play. Although i am a lecce fan if they do go up this year i wish them and their supporters all the best. the waiter you mentioned i am sorry i do not know him but if you could send me his details it would be nice to get in touch with him glad you had a good time at the game just such a shame eurosport do not seem to be showing the games anymore

Hello Leccese I agree with you about the Bari stadium and the atmosphere was good. The town was very quiet but a bit rough towards the tourist parts of town. I do like lecce the town and had a good time when I went there. I don't have the waiters details all I knew was that he worked in an Italian resturant outside waterloo station.

Lecce only mid-table, although it is pretty tight up the top. I'l be following Albinoleffe's progress this year as I like their name. Does anybody have more info about this team.?
|
| |
|

|
Yes. Lots. What do you want to know?
For a start, their actual name is AlbinoLeffe (capital "L" in the middle - most people get it wrong!) as the side is a "fusion" of 2 sides, one from Albino and one from Leffe, 2 small towns just outside Bergamo, where Atalanta hail from.
Former Atalanta coach Mondonico is coach of AlbinoLeffe.
