First up, the word "dire" sucks. It's the preserve of ITV commentators and pretentious 6th formers everywhere.
Secondly, how sensationalist has the FI reporting become? (rhetorical question dummy!). It misrepresents situations left, right and centre (there's another horrific turn of phrase!). You read a title "Figo waves goodbye to Inter" and "Ibra hopes that Inter gets relegated to National School LEague" (or whatever rubbish they really wrote) and think OMG! SENSATIONAL! Then you read the quotes the player/manager made and realise there is only the most tenuous connection between what was said and what the article has inferred. In the case of the Ibra saga the C4 website tried to cover its tracks by saying, "Oh but Ibra clearly has problems cos he said XYZ which means even though we made up that he wants to go to Milan and that he is unhappy - even in the face of direct quotes by Ibra saying that he hopes to sign a new contract at Inter - we have a point".
I only really read the Inter articles which is why I used these as examples. Im not saying OMG EVRY1 H8s TEH INTER!!1. Im just saying C4 needs to stop making stuff up for no reason.
I must admit I've always suspected they just make up an awful lot of stuff on the website! The original story changes every two minutes - like the Oddo to Milan story that seemed to appear every day for about the last two years. He's going, he's staying la la la - stop it! Just write something when you really know the facts! That said, despite the daft guff like that, it's a pretty valuable site for non Italian speakers/readers to catch up on stuff going on in calcio even if you have to read a dozen stories about Figo's on/off move to the middle east every two minutes!
For instance - the report today on Buffon supposedly saying that there's a 75% chance he might stay at Juve, now did he really say that? I mean who comes to 75% when talking about something? (Ok, maybe Ronnie does..) You might say its 50/50 or 99% but who says yes to 75% & what is it 20% to no & 5% to a dunno? Maybe people do that all the time & its me that doesn't.
Forza Juventus.

Now lets look at the quotes...interestingly Ibra says the Moggi story was blown out of proportion by a bad journalist, that he hoped to play for Sweden but would make the decision with medics and the coach....a team decision, and that his future lies with Inter. There is no quote from an angry inter official.
I can't get used to al dente pasta - my flatmate cooks it like that and it's just a bit weird for me. I also don't like the big shapes she uses either - say no to big pasta shapes! Spaghetti or linguine suffice for most dishes! I should shut up really cos she does cook for us a lot - I made sausages and scrambled eggs the last time I had to
I was just wondering how many more times we need to be told Capello was born in Pieris. Every time Capello is mentioned the next line says something like "the Pieris-born tactician"
It's called Sex Panther, by Odeon. It's illegal in 9 other countries. It's made with pieces of real panther, so you know it's good. They've done studies you know - 60% of the time, it works every time!
