Did anybody get to see the Fiorentina - Milan game? Judging by the match report it sounds like it was pretty good.

Has anyone here been to a Fiorentina game recently. I will be in Tuscany in October and was intending to go to the Fiorentina Siena game and just wanted to know if you can buy tickets at the gate this season, or from anywhere in town on the day of the game.

The question is whether anyone has been here recently!

I just watch the Viola - Juve game, finally. I'm pleased that the boys kept playing, and got their point.

I thought Viola had a little better play but their finishing wasn't quite sharp enough. All the headers seemed to fly over the bar or straight at the keeper. And it was pretty much all crosses and headers, nobody passing the ball into the box, rarely more than one player in the box to do the old one-two. Perhaps a little more variety would help to stretch and break good defences.

The game had some interesting refereeing decisions, but for once I mean "interesting" and not "suspect". Maybe on Juve's goal the offside Trezeuget was (unknowingly) interfering with play by blocking Frey's view, maybe he wasn't. Maybe Chiellini's handball that got Viola the penalty was deliberate, maybe it wasn't. Such is life...
