I would say the Football Italia website's all time XI was much closer to the team I'd pick and Hellas's seams too biased towards Milan's late 80's - early 90's team, forgetting some of the better players of the past.
Up front I can't see past Baggio and Riva. Baggio could have been a decent hamstring away from doing exactly what Maradona did in 86.
