The squad pick is pretty good. The only 2 questions I have is why Materazzi and Iaquinta?

Italia - you're talking sheidt mate, its a good squad, bar Iaquinta. Lucarelli or Marchionni should have gone instead.

Italy have been playing well, the games against Holland and Germany were the best I've seen them play for a long time. No Lippi fan, but he just might pull this off.

The first eleven is good but there is nothing on the bench apart from del boy.
We have one creative midfielder in pirlo who is slow and weak. Did you see how he was dominated by juni of lyon and ineista of Barcelona. He had no impact in either game. He is not up to the standard but after him in this squad there is even worse.
Players like Liverani, maresca, Marchionni and tavano should of being chosen. These players give us options in attack and midfield.
Players like perrotta, Barone, Inzaghi will not do anything.
I can live with the first eleven but on the bench apart from del boy there is no one with creativity and skill.

Oddo is a brilliant right back.
Zaccardo and grosso should of been left at home.
iaquinta is a good player and he has more ability than toni and Gilardino but he doesn't impose himself on games.
I agree that tavano should of been brought but I would of left Gilardino behind.
Barone and parotta should of been left and Liverani and Marchionni should of been brought.

I just can not understand people saying that De rossi is class, I agree that he is a good player but he is over rated and I have seen him countless times and he just does not impress. Dacourt always stands out for me in the Roma midfield which says a lot for Italian midfield players as dacourt can not even get into the French squad.
