Approximately 30 minutes ago, I watched the highlights of the Inter v Juve game. It was the first time I had seen what you've all been banging on about for the last week.
Here's the news.
Adriano's free-kick was not a valid goal, as the Ref had signalled it as indirect. Case closed.
Nedved went down very easily, but he was touched. It's one of those fouls that has as much chance of being given as it hasn't. However, Del Piero's goal was brilliant, and you can only play with the hand your dealt.
Figo says he saw Moggi in the Ref's dressing room before the game, implying that Juve had bunged him. Figo then says he was 'misinterpreted', and he didn't see Moggi in the Ref's dressing room. Outcome: No-one knows anything, apart from the fact that Figo needs to learn Italian.
Hopefully this will all end by Sunday afternoon when another round has been played and 1000 other injustices have been served up.
Up until last Sunday, I quite enjoyed reading the 'Forza Inter!' and 'Marcelo Salsa' threads. In the last week, they've been about as interesting as the Winter Olympics.
Which is not at all.
