I think Setanta has a pretty good package of european football, including serie A,at the moment.I would consider a subscription but as a UK subscriber i think i would have to have their SPL deal as part of it,bumping up the monthly subscription a fair bit;to be frank, despite(or possibly even because)being scottish i really cant be bothered with paying to see whatever that weeks old firm away match is. Anyone else got opinions on this?
It costs about £13 a month on NTL which is ok but the "Old Filth" are the included extras in the package I think. It's a weekend only channel really for it's football coverage.

no it isnt;thats what im trying to canvass opinion on;im scottish and love football but i have no intention paying Setanta for the privilage of watching the bigot brothers week in week out;the UK subs are higher than in Ireland and i think thats because people here are actually paying for the OF coverage which includes Rangers and Celtic channels. There are plenty of non OF supporters in Scotland who would like Setanta but wont pay for that IMO.Conversely there are plenty OF fans who will be happy to pay for it-why dont they do two packages?
