In a minute!

This is the longest minute I've ever known.

I'm about to go to bed in a minute as I've not long got home from Liverpool, which let me tell you is a hell hole!!

I'll do the marking tomorrow night I swear and will be more punctual with it in future.

Apologies, I've been a bit busy.

Does the League Committee have any rules about when they should publish scores and tables on the forum?

we are still waiting on the results!

They were posted last night, so shut the **** up or do them yourselves.

So where is the table? This is a bit like the FA - no criticism allowed of seemingly shabby performance; promises made and then broken; inefficiency and delay.

We're waiting for the overall table, with two weeks of predictions added (I think), but you don't post that table. You know that, and we know that.

Please lay off Micky. Atleast unlike anyone else he has volunteered to do the marking for the prediction championship. It isn't just a job that you can do in a spare minute, and it may take time. Overall he has got the results up quickly, and just because one week they weren't up after a couple of days, it doesn't mean everyone hsould be having a go.

I'm afraid I disagree. Before this competition, I ran the Totocalcio League and if results and league tables were not up by Monday, or Tuesday at the latest, the moaning began in earnest.

We have a full set of fixtures tomorrow. But we have no league table to show us positions for the last two rounds. I'm sick and tired of hearing "Committee this" and "Committee that" about problems involving players and their submissions, but when those who chose to run the league are questioned, we get the, "F__k off!" response.

If this competition is run in Marcello's memory then please can those who run it do so in a manner befitting the man's memory?

No doubt I shall now have points deducted for questioning the shoddy way this competition is now being "run".

It appears the post I hastely wrote before going out* last night has been deleted, or maybe down to the awfulness of this forum of late it just didn't appear at all.

Anyway, basically it was to say if anyone has a problem they should contact myles at forumpredictions@yahoo.co.uk to make a complaint. I also stated that if any single one of the board members feels I am not upto scratch then I shall happily stand down.

If my only crime is that I'm a little to busy in other aspects of my life to dedicate myself to the Internet, then please, find me guilty and I shall happily serve life for such a crime.

Micky, Gio has made a valid point here, try and take a moment to think before telling people to f*** off - I'm sure others would understand if you explained your situation without mouthing-off.

And to the others, if you really are that desperate to find out your scores, do as i did the first week and work it for yourselves....

I go out most nights but that is *after* I have completed my jobs and responsibilities. Perhaps these British National Party meetings are taking up too much of Micky's time. Indeed for someone who openly supported the BNP on this forum to suggest I "get a life" is really taking the biscuit.

It is a job that the otherwise efficient MLV would do on time if you marked your list on time. I just think that the Marcello Chicarella Championship deserves a bit more commitment from you. You are not doing your job properly and are incapable of accepting valid criticism without resorting to personal abuse.

Our illustrious committee member had "Vote BNP" as his signature. When this was pointed out he changed it, claiming that he did not know that the BNP were a party with a racist agenda. It must be great having a life, eh?
